Yes – most of our Sunrise volume is subcontract work for generator installers, electrical and low-voltage contractors, and general contractors. We provide our certificate of insurance and licensing up front, coordinate with your PM on scheduling, and the bore shows up when the rest of your job needs it to.
Footage and product (pipe or conduit type and diameter), entry and exit constraints, and any utility prints or a site plan if you have them. With that we can usually turn a real number around the same day. No prints? Send the address and what you are installing and we will locate first.
In the public right-of-way, generally yes – City of Sunrise Engineering for city right-of-way, Broward County for county roads, and FDOT for Sunrise Blvd and Oakland Park Blvd state segments. We can pull the permit or work under yours, and work entirely on private property often needs none. We will tell you which applies.
Cost is driven by footage, diameter, depth, soil or rock, and site access – not a flat per-foot number anyone can honestly quote sight-unseen. We are set up to be the affordable option, and contractors who send plans and footage typically get a same-day number. Quotes are free.
We run multiple crews, so a small shot and a larger commercial run can happen in the same week. Typical residential-scale bores are done in a day; road crossings and long runs are scheduled around permitting, which is usually the long pole – not the drilling.
Always. Sunshine 811 is free and required by Florida law at least two full business days before digging. We pull the ticket and still run our own GPR sweep on top of it.
