In the public right-of-way, generally yes – City of Atlanta DOT for city right-of-way, the county for county roads, and GDOT for state routes and the connector corridors. We can pull the permit or work under yours, and work entirely on private property often needs none. We will tell you which applies.
Cost is driven by footage, diameter, depth, soil or rock, and site access – not a flat per-foot number anyone can honestly quote sight-unseen. We are set up to be the affordable option, and contractors who send plans and footage typically get a same-day number. Quotes are free.
We run multiple crews, so a small shot and a larger commercial run can happen in the same week. Typical residential-scale bores are done in a day; road crossings and long runs are scheduled around permitting, which is usually the long pole – not the drilling.
